If you’ve heard of ‘paint night’ events, what is typically offered utilizes an approach where a group paints the same subject step-by-step. My art therapy group sessions are similar to paint and sip-style events, but are a little different, where each individual is encouraged to bring their own ideas and style, in a more art therapy approach, which can be representational or abstract. No matter the experience or skill level, each member is invited to explore their own creativity with freedom and without judgement or the expectation of a similar outcome.
